Open Wings

Description:-  A Life and Work Skills Centre for adults with learning disabilities. Programmes are individually designed to meet each learner's needs. Adults can work towards qualifications but this is a personal choice. Tutor learning ratio is very small and the environment is safe and friendly. We aim to open up choices, possibilities and opportunities for adults with learning disabilities.

and this is funded either through a Direct Payment or self funded.

Support For Survivors

Description: Charity supporting male and female survivors aged 16 plus.
We actively reduce the distress and impact of childhood sexual, physical, psychological,
neglect, incest abuse and rape. Those exploited by a sexual exploitation and
violence with a wide range of holistic interventions. All our engagement has a
strong focus on positive mental attitude for your empowerment, recovery and
wellbeing. Peer led by lived experience by survivors for survivors.

Tea Dance

Description: Run by Nottingham Osteoporosis Society. A weekly Tea Dance with Sequence, Ballroom and Line Dancing. We are also available to talk to Osteoporosis patients informally and have a supply of National Osteoporosis society leaflets available for free. No need to book just turn up.
